Advertising spend

Where an engagement involves paid advertising, media spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform. Our fees are separate from, and additional to, that media spend.

Our work often integrates third-party platforms and services such as advertising networks, CRM systems, messaging providers, hosting providers, and analytics tools. Those platforms are governed by their own terms, pricing, and availability, and their behaviour or policies may change without notice to us.

Intellectual property

The Pro-Motion Ventures name, logo, brand assets, and the content and design of this website belong to Pro-Motion Ventures. Ownership of deliverables produced during an engagement is set out in the agreement covering that engagement.
