Opening in January 2027
We are building this, not selling it yet. What we run today is social media, Meta ads, optimisation, creative and websites — see what is available now.
The parts are only worth what connecting them is.
Campaigns, pages, pipeline, follow-up and reporting built as one connected system rather than five tools bought separately — with a quarterly review that looks at the business, not just the account.
WHY IT MATTERS
Most businesses already own every piece: they run ads, have a website, hold a CRM licence and use WhatsApp. What they do not have is those pieces talking to each other, so a lead is re-entered by hand at every step and no single number describes what marketing produced.
WHAT YOU GET
Every deliverable, in the words the agreement uses.
Nothing on this list is aspirational. If it is here, it is scoped and it is priced.
Connected workflow
Acquisition, capture, pipeline, follow-up and reporting configured as one path a lead travels, end to end.
Marketing and technology integration
Ad platforms, site, CRM and WhatsApp wired together so data moves without manual re-entry.
Business dashboards
Lead, source, stage, conversion and revenue visibility for the people making the spending decisions.
Automation workflows
The repetitive steps — assignment, reminders, notifications, status changes — handled by rule.
Quarterly strategy review
A business-level growth review, separate from the monthly campaign report.
Priority support
On the Automation & AI plan: higher support priority against a defined response commitment.
SCOPE
Which plans carry it, and what we need from you.
What we need from you
- Access to the platforms being connected, and their licence fees
- A decision-maker available for the quarterly review
- Internal process changes where the system exposes one that does not work
Prices exclude ad spend and GST. Engagements run on a three-month minimum.
QUESTIONS
What clients ask about growth systems.
Do we have to start at this level?
No, and most shouldn't. Our own rule is that we only expand scope after the core service is stable and producing useful signals. Starting with the whole system before the campaigns are readable just makes a bigger thing to debug.
What happens if performance drops?
Underperformance triggers a documented recovery plan rather than a quiet month. That is part of how we define client success internally, and it applies at every plan level.
Can you build custom software for us?
Where a requirement has been validated by the system already running, yes — that is scoped and quoted separately as a product engagement, not folded into a retainer.
ALSO
What this usually gets paired with.
Start with the audit, not the retainer.
Tell us what you are running today. We will tell you where it is leaking, and whether growth systems is even the right place to start.
