Ten good enquiries beat a thousand clicks.
One B2B client can be worth months of revenue, and almost nobody signs on a first visit. So volume is the wrong target: what matters is who enquires, what the form already tells you about them, and what happens in the weeks after.
- IT and software services
- Agencies and consultancies
- Logistics and supply chain
- Manufacturing and industrial
- Professional and financial services
- Equipment and B2B products
THE DIAGNOSIS
Five places a B2B firm loses a deal it was in line for.
A long sales cycle hides all of these, because by the time the deal is lost nobody remembers where it went.
A manufacturer, an agency and a hospital all land on the same homepage.
Each of them has to work out which part of your business is for them, and the ones in a hurry simply leave.
The enquiry form asks for a name and a message.
Sales opens the day with ten enquiries and no idea which one is worth calling first.
Follow-up depends on somebody remembering.
A buyer who was six weeks from deciding gets one call and is never contacted again.
Nobody can say which campaign produced the deal that closed.
The cycle is long enough that by the time it closes, the budget that started it has already been cut.
The company page has not been posted on in a year.
A buyer checking whether you are still operating finds no evidence either way.
WHAT WE RUN TODAY
Six parts, all of them available now.
Everything here can start this month. What a long cycle also wants — a pipeline, scoring and automated follow-up — is below, with the date it opens.
Content that explains the service
Posts and reels that say what you do in the words a buyer uses, not in the words your industry uses. Most B2B pages describe capability; almost none describe the problem.
Targeted Meta campaigns
Campaigns aimed at business owners and decision-makers through the interests and behaviours the platform actually allows, from the Growth plan upward.
A landing page per service
From the Scale plan: one page per service or offer, so a manufacturer and an agency are not both sent to the same homepage to work it out themselves.
Enquiry forms that qualify
The form asks the two or three questions that decide whether an enquiry is worth a call — company, requirement and timeline — instead of just a name and a message.
Source tracking on every enquiry
Each enquiry arrives carrying the campaign, creative and page that produced it, so a long sales cycle can still be traced back to what started it.
Monthly report and strategy meeting
Cost per enquiry, what was asked about and what to change — reviewed with you, not emailed. The strategy meeting is included from the Growth plan.
From January 2027
A long sales cycle wants more than campaigns. These four are being built and open on 1 January 2027 — until then your team works the enquiries, and we say so rather than implying otherwise.
- A CRM pipeline with real stages, so an enquiry six weeks old is visible
- Lead scoring, so the best enquiry is called first rather than the newest
- Automated follow-up, so a slow buyer is chased by the system, not by memory
- Sales dashboards tying closed deals back to the campaign that started them
THE FIRST MONTH
How month one usually runs.
A sequence, not a promise. In B2B the first month is judged on the quality of the enquiries, not on how many arrived.
- WEEK 1Audit and positioningWhich service actually pays, who buys it, and what a buyer needs to believe before they enquire.
- WEEK 2Content and pageThe month's content goes live; on Scale, the first service landing page is built around one clear offer.
- WEEK 3First campaignFrom the Growth plan up, one campaign runs against one service rather than against the whole business.
- WEEK 4Review the enquiriesNot the volume — the quality. Which enquiries were worth calling, and what to change in the form and the targeting.
WHERE B2B FIRMS START
Two plans today, and the one that opens in January.
Scale is the first plan with a landing page and funnel strategy in it, which is where a B2B firm belongs. Dominator adds volume and a weekly review.

- Advertising spend is paid directly to the platforms and is separate from our fees.
- All prices are exclusive of GST at 18%.
- Engagements run on a three-month minimum — campaigns need that long to produce data worth acting on.
- Final scope, deliverables and pricing are confirmed in writing after a free audit.
SCOPE
What we run, and what stays with you.
Set out before you ask, because in a long sales cycle the second list decides the outcome more than the first does.
We handle
- The month's content calendar, designed posts and reels
- Meta campaigns, ad creatives and copy, from the Growth plan upward
- Service landing pages, from the Scale plan
- Enquiry forms with qualifying questions and source tracking
- A monthly report and, from the Growth plan, a strategy meeting
Stays with you
- Advertising budget, paid to Meta directly from your own account
- Calling and following up every enquiry — the system routes, your team sells
- Technical accuracy: one person who can check what we write
- Pricing, proposals, negotiation and contracts
- LinkedIn and Google Ads, unless separately scoped as add-ons
We do not guarantee a number of enquiries, meetings or signed contracts. In B2B those depend on your proposal, your pricing and your sales conversation far more than on the advertising.
QUESTIONS
What founders and sales heads ask first.
Do you run LinkedIn ads?
Not as part of a monthly plan, which covers Facebook and Instagram. LinkedIn and Google Ads are quoted separately, and for a lot of B2B firms they are worth adding only once the Meta campaigns and the landing page are producing readable enquiries.
Our sales cycle runs for months. How do we judge this early?
On the enquiries, not the deals. Cost per enquiry and enquiry quality are readable within the first few weeks; signed contracts follow your real cycle. The first review that means anything for revenue is at the end of the quarter, which is also why the minimum term is three months.
Do you qualify the leads for us?
The enquiry form asks the questions that let you rank them — company, requirement and timeline — and every enquiry arrives tagged with the campaign that produced it. Lead scoring and automated follow-up open in January 2027; until then your team makes the calls.
Can you write about a technical service accurately?
We write the copy and you keep one reviewer who can check it. That single step is what separates B2B content that a buyer trusts from content that a specialist can tell was written by an outsider.
How much ad budget does B2B need?
Usually less than retail, because the audience is smaller and the value per client is higher — but the figure depends on your service, your city and your competition. We agree it with you before anything launches, and it is paid to Meta separately from our fee.
Can you guarantee meetings or signed contracts?
No. We can commit to the content, the campaigns, the page and the reporting. Whether an enquiry becomes a meeting depends on how fast your team responds, and whether a meeting becomes a contract depends on your proposal and your price.
Start with the audit, not the retainer.
Tell us which service actually pays and how enquiries reach your team today. We will tell you where they are being lost — and whether the fix is the page, the form or the targeting.
